Common pricing questions.
Each connected service counts as one integration. AWS (even multiple accounts) counts as one. Your identity provider counts as one. GitHub counts as one. The integration count is based on the number of service types connected, not the number of accounts or regions within that service.
Starter includes one framework — SOC 2 Type II or ISO 27001. If you need both (and HIPAA), Growth is where you want to be. The good news: most evidence overlaps across frameworks. Moving to Growth doesn't mean starting over.

You can export all your evidence before canceling. We provide a full PDF export and a raw JSON data dump of everything in your account. After cancellation, your data is retained for 30 days before deletion, giving you time to pull anything you need.
